PREPARATION:1. Combine all fruit, water, sugar or honey, and cinnamon in a large pot. 2. Bring to a boil, cover, simmer over low heat for 1 hour. 3. Mix 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch into 1/4 cup cold water. Then stir the cornstarch mixture into the soup. Cook for 5 more minutes. 4. Remove from heat, cool, and refrigerate. 5. Serve cold.
