For more than a dozen years, Gabi Elmakeas, Head Pastry Chef of the Dan Eilat Hotel, has been whipping up first-class treats for visitors to the hotel. From his kosher parve bakery in the hotel, he bakes desserts from scratch using his own tried and tested recipes that succeed to bring regular visitors back to the hotel year after year.
