Hanukkah Meat Menu and Recipes

The Jewish festival of Hanukkah commemorates the military victory of the Jewish Maccabees and their rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem.

Each of the eight nights of Hanukkah, Jews light Hanukkah Menorahs in memory of the victory and rededication. After lighting candles together, families (and often invited guests) may eat traditional Hanukkah food, play the Dreidel game, and exchange gifts.
