The ingredients are:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup matzoh meal
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat together the egg yolks and water with a fork.
In another bowl, mix the matzah meal with the spices and parsley, if desired.
