Ingredients:
- 1 container non-dairy Rich's whip topping
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 meringue cookies
- 1/4 cup sugared nuts
Preparation:
1. Using a mixer, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla until it has thickened into a whipped cream.
2. Break the meringue cookies and sugared nuts into bits. Stir them into the whipped cream.
3. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes.
4. Freeze.
