Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- juice from 1 orange
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Preparation:
1. Wash cauliflower. Break off small florets, and put into a salad bowl.
2. Either peel carrots or slice thinly lengthwise. Add to the cauliflower.
3. In a small bowl, mix juices, oil, and sugar. Pour over salad and mix well.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add chopped dill.
