Cole Slaw is an economical, healthy and tasty salad. We goes well with meat meals, especially summer barbecues. My Israeli friend Ofira contributed this lite Cole Slaw recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
1. Slice cabbage and carrot (can use a food processor).
2. Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over cabbage and carrots.
3. Refrigerate. The salad tastes best after it sits for a day.
