INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:1. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, peppers and avocado into small cubes. 2. Cut radishes, carrots and cabbage into fine strips. 3. Cut green onions. 4. Put all the vegetables into a bowl and gently mix. 5. Immediately before serving, season lightly with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve this salad fresh. |
