Next time you feel like some fresh, raw vegetables, try this Kohlrabi Salad. Kohlrabi tastes a bit like a mild, sweet broccoli stem. Just slice it up, add fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Delicious, healthy and easy.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut Kolrabi into quarters. Peel. Slice. Place in a small bowl.
2. Squeeze juice from a fresh lemon, and add to kolrabi.
3. Season with a few drops of olive oil, salt and pepper.
