Ingredients:
- 2 kohlrabi
- 1 fresh lemon
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut Kolrabi into quarters. Peel. Slice. Place in a small bowl.
2. Squeeze juice from a fresh lemon, and add to kolrabi.
