- 1 pound (400 gram) package of pre-cut carrots
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. white raisins
1. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and raisins in a small bowl to make the dressing.
2. Toss the above dressing with the pre-cut vegetables.
