This easy to prepare, delicious to taste, kosher pareve salad recipe comes from Sara Finkel's bestselling cookbook Classic Kosher Cooking.

Ingredients:
- 1 10-ounce (280 grams) package frozen string beans, or 1 pound (450 grams) fresh string beans
- 1 4-ounce (110 grams) can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cooked corn kernels
- 1 small red pepper
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- pinch oregano
Preparation:
1. Cook string beans until tender but crisp.
2. Mix remaining ingredients, and add to green beans.
3. Toss, mix, and chill.
