Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 5 Tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
- 1 package of farfalle pasta
- 1 package of hotdogs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
1. Peel and shred carrots.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Add shredded carrots. Cook for a few minutes. Set aside.
3. Boil water in a large pot.
4. Add 2 teaspoons salt and farfalle pasta. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
5. Slice hotdogs into rounds. Add to pasta in boiling water. Cook the pasta and hotdogs together, uncovered, for the rest of the time written on the pasta package.
4. Drain well. Add carrots and pepper.
