I received this recipe in an email from my sister-in-law. The recipe caught my attention because it is simple (as all Passover recipes should be), my kids love macaroni and cheese, and pasta is whatever everyone craves on Passover. After one trial run, the recipe became one of my family's favorite Passover meals.
