Passover baking doesn't have to be difficult. No one has to know you used a ready cake mix to make these delicious Cinnamon Crisp Cookies.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Passover coffee cake mix
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation:
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together egg, oil, and water. Then add contents of the large bag in the cake mix.
2. Mix as directed on the back of the box.
3. Fold in nuts and contents of the small bag in the cake mix.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a well greased cookie sheet, 3 inches apart.
5. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 2 dozen cookies.
NOTE:
For this dessert to be kosher for Passover, all ingredients must be kosher for Passover.
