- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small-medium sized white cabbage, cut into strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
2. Add the cabbage and onion and fry for a couple of minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook until the cabbage is soft and cooked through.
