After having these Sesame Noodles for Shabbat lunch at a friend's house, I called her on Saturday night for the recipe. This recipe is lighter than other sesame noodles I have tried. I also liked adding an easy to make, flavorful, pareve, pasta side dish recipe to my Shabbos recipe collection.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound (500 grams) angel hair or thin spaghetti
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
Preparation:
1. Boil water and cook spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
2. While the pasta is boiling, mix all the other ingredients in a small bowl.
3. When the spaghetti is ready and drained well, mix with the sesame dressing.
